h Get up bright and early for museum mania marathon.
h coffee vending machine
h30 musee of textiles, jewelry and silk.. Lyon is known for silk
h30 try to buy tickets for the symphony, but of course 90% of the stores in france r closed today
h cross the bridge, while fighting 20 degree weather, into old lyon to taste more tradition
h30 find a quaint little bouchon lyonaise.. Delectable. Delicious. Don't want to leave.
h30 shop at py the cutest store of all time. Take everything u can find in bed, bath and beyond and make it look like a girl, a bird or a flower and let lisa frank paint it and voila

h go to musee of movies (movie pics at the end of this entry) and miniatures... Which has about 5 different exhibits on 5 different floors and all of the stair cases are outside.. Why
h30 we all decide to give up on the symphony and two of the three remaining museums, everyone has some form of a cold, and julia's dizziness from this morning is turning into nausea. Being cold and going to museums that r half outside doesn't exactly help
h go to musee des beaux arts full of greek and roman statues, egyptian mummies, and impressionist paintings.. Whew.. Our museum battery died after that
h30 crawl back towards the closest metro, buy an "americano panini" which consists of two burgers, lettuce, tomato, cheese, fries and ketchup all in a giant panini.. Bon apetit!
h stop at a bakery near the hotel so the other girls can grab some pizza and unfortunately julia was so sick she had to leave
h ate dinner, watched some bad french movie and all 5 of us cough ourselves to sleep
