8h wake up with the longest lasting cold ever.. :(
12h lunch at belle ile with cheny, carlos, and pamela... delicious!

20h30 dinner chez les pagnats...
21h begin with aperatifs... "mexican chips" and brigitte's homemade dip along with some hazlenuts.. very tasty and of course some sangria
22h brigitte places us at the table.. boy girl boy girl and let the dinner commence!
22h15 entree is this super amazing tomato soup.. amazing.. had 2nds
22h30 turn on the crepe machine and being to do work on some savoury crepes, fried eggs and smokin charcuterie..
23h repeat the whole process with sweet crepes... starting with the uber tradional butter sugar crepe... soo delicous.. followed by 4 or 5 crepes with homemade jams, jellies, marmalades, etc
23h move into one of the pool rooms for some champagne... opened with a sword.. um wow
00h tour la maison... the 150 year old rooms and furniture... pretty darn cool
00h30 finish the champagne
1h walk home
