19h make the best couscous and salmon i have ever made... um so good anthony and i had to stop speaking french... and then stop speaking all together cuz it was slowing down the eating process... wow.. somehow i made this spicy crust on the salmon... so the flavor was just right and the texture was not too tough and not too raw... it was perfection.. .like melt in your mouth.. wow
